The question is what is Gaiden, not who ;). Anyway, it's a Resident Evil game made for the Game Boy Color. Leon and Barry are the main characters of it. It's not well known like the other games, and I don't see myself playing it in the near future.

Hey, I was wondering how long after Resident Evil 2 does CV/X take place, and is it before or after RE3:Nemesis?

It's definitely after RE3. In fact, it states that CV/X takes place 3 months after RE2/RE3 in the opening on that very game (CV).

I just recently started playing my Resident evil code veronica x for my ps2. My question is how do I kill the tyrant the first time I meet him? I put 6 grenade rounds into him, it knocks him to his knees, but I cant run past him with out him knocking me on my ass and into the fire. Any help would be appreciated, I am about to chunk this game in the garbage. I have played all the RE games since the first one on my PS1 and didn't seem to have this much trouble. Thanks in advance.

My Answer:

Well, I usually have more fire power than that to use on him. The grenade launcher is good, but you need more than 6 rounds. The acid rounds take him out faster though. And you'll be able to tell when he aint gettin up because he'll fall over. If you don't have more than those rounds, try to bowgun powder.
