This is the second original story by S.D. Perry. And to be honest, it has a pretty weak plot, thought a lot of people will probably enjoy reading it anyway, even if it's just to pass some time. I think what drew me into this book the most were the characters. Claire Redfield, Leon Kennedy, Rebecca Chambers, and David Trapp and John Andrews from the other original story, Caliban Cove.

There are some pretty cool events, and the dialogue is good. All I'm saying is that the overall plot isn't that great, and is kind of dull, but I think the characters make it...fun. Ya know what's kind of funny, though? The fact that I've read all of the books twice, except for Underworld, which I have read three times. That's right. I've read the book I think has the worst story overall (though is still good in my opinion) the most, heh.

Guess why...yup, the characters and dialogue! And that means a lot. I do think this book is worth buying, especially if you're going to get the others, don't skip this just because you may have heard some bad things about it. You have to be the true judge, I'm just trying to help out. But if you're like me, you'll enjoy it. So, overall, this gets 3.5/5 from me. It's a very readable book, just don't set your expectations too high, or you could be disappointed. Or I could be wrong and you could love it. Either way, just give it a chance.
